Tagliatelle au gratin


Ingredienti per 4 persons
400 g green tagliatelle
80 g butter
40 g white flour
3 dl milk
6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

Preparazione
1. Melt 40 g in a small saucepan, add the flour and stir. Add the boiling milk, stirring all the time, cook for 10 minutes and sprinkle with pepper.

2. Cook the green tagliatelle in boiling salted water and drain when "al dente" (tender but firm to the bite).
3. Butter a baking dish or ovenproof casserole, pour in one third of the tagliatelle, cover with one third of the béchamel and the Parmesan and continue in layers until all the ingredients have been used up.
4. Dot the top with a few knobs of butter, bake in the oven at 160°C for 8 minutes and serve.
