Tagliatelle with mushrooms


Ingredienti per 4 persons
320 g tagliatelle
300 g fresh mushrooms
60 g butter
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
salt and pepper

Preparazione
1. Wash and clean the mushrooms.
2. Cook them in boiling salted water for 4 minutes.

3. Drain and chop the mushrooms.
4. Put the butter into a saucepan, add the crushed garlic clove and the mushrooms, salt and cook for about 20 minutes.
5. Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water and drain when "al dente" (tender but firm to the bite).
6. Pour them into the saucepan with the mushrooms, add the Parmesan, the parsley and a pinch of pepper, stir and serve
